Starting at Aircraft Rd in Middletown and ending at Miller’s Pond parking at Foot Hills Rd, Haddam: 6.3 miles; 3 hrs and 8 mins

We finally made it back to this trail! This section of trail continues to be beautiful with lots of large rocks, quartz and mountain laurel. A small section near the power lines requires some careful footwork to get down the rocks, but it was not difficult.

The trail passes by Seven Falls which is a pretty little waterfall and passes over a brook in a couple of places with rock bridges.

There are two sections on pavement through a couple of neighborhoods which I could do without, but the parts in the woods are great.
