Starting Squaw Rock Road Old Furnace State Park, Danielson and ending at South Frontage Road Old Furnace State Park, Danielson, CT ~2.33 miles and 53 mins

This trail was a quick and easy trail. It has cool rocks and a very pretty lookout point that unfortunately is covered in graffiti. The trail looks over both Ross Pond and Furnace Pond and goes by Fall Brook near the end. I wouldn’t go out of my way to do this trail again, but if I happened to be in the area I would definitely hike it again.

One notable was the giant rock that looks like an owl in flight from the side. I also loved the random little log “bridge” to cross the brook at the very end.
